How do I collect the rare ASH edition of the ILLENIUM album?

1. Purchase the ILLENIUM FIRE/ICE edition album.
2. Check your profile to see which version you have (FIRE or ICE).
3. Find another member of Phoenix Family who has the edition that you do not, through any means such as Studio, IRL, Discord, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
4. Once you find a member who has the other edition, exchange profile links with each other. In order for you to officially pair up, you’ll need to post a link to your partner’s profile in your own profile. To share your profile link, tap on the right top icon in Phoenix Family and choose “View profile”. You’ll get your profile link by tapping the “Share” button. To add your partner’s profile link to your profile, edit your profile and add their profile link to the “Link” section of your profile.
5. After pairing up, please allow 24-48 hours to receive an email with information on how to access your rare ASH edition. Please note, both Phoenix Family members must be linking to each other’s profiles.
6. When the FIRE/ICE edition sales end on Thursday, May 11th we will pull a snapshot of your profile information to ensure all FIRE and ICE partners have received an email with information on how to access their rare ASH edition. Again please note, both Phoenix Family members must be linking to each other’s profiles.
7. Alternatively, you can also collect the ASH edition by purchasing both the FIRE and ICE editions separately.
